The UConn Avery Point baseball team traveled to Richmond, Virginia to take on D1 Harford Community College out of Maryland.  The Pointers fell in game 1 8-4 and in Game 2 the Owls pushed to a 16-5 win. 

The Pointers were supposed to play on day 2 of the tournament, but inclement weather canceled the remaining games and the Pointers will head back up north.
